Shipping Policy

Processing Times All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer the following shipping options for Australian orders:

• Standard Shipping: $11.00 AUD (free on orders over $100)
• Express Shipping: $15.00 AUD

Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days for standard and 1–3 business days for express, depending on your location.

International Shipping We currently do not ship or sell product outside of Australia

Graded Cards & Sealed Products All PSA-graded cards and sealed TCG products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Graded cards are shipped in protective cases with bubble wrap and rigid mailers to prevent damage in transit.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at jay@millysemporium.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
